Honoring The National Anthem.. and Other Horror Stories!

Ahmed Tharwat

Im going to say this and maybe regret it later, I don’t go to live sporting events in America; football, baseball or basketball,it is not so much because of the smell of hotdogs and beer or the fact that sport here appears more entertainment than being competitive, where people go mainly to consume food and the sport itself, regardless of winning or losing.

The concept of a sports fan hasn’t been fully introduced in professional sports yet. A fan is someone who supports a team and hates other teams, he/she acts as if his/her life depends on it, when his team plays, there is no time to drink, eat or watch the replays on big screen TVs.

American muslims should have a Trump _Survival_Kit !!

Trum Trophy wife

“If facing with a trump supporter in your neighborhood, introduce your spouse as your girlfriend/boyfriend thing, It seems to soften the culture war a bit!

I wonder what Khizr Khan would say about this: Lesson learned — you don’t have to read the Constitution to be president? Muslims are usually politically homeless, stranded between two political systems that ignore them or take them for granted. In an election year politicians’ rhetoric and even President Obama’s fears have heightened the situation, widening the gap between police and the communities they serve.

How do White Americans See Police Brutality !!

As Philando Castile’s head slumps backward while he lies dying next to her, Diamond Reynolds looks into the camera and explains a Minnesota police officer just shot her fiancé four times.

The nation is, by now, accustomed to grainy cell phone videos of officer-involved shootings, but this footage from Falcon Heights, outside Minneapolis, is something different, more visceral: a woman live-streaming a shooting’s aftermath with the police officer a few feet away, his gun still trained on her bloody fiancé.
“He let the officer know that he had a firearm and he was reaching for his wallet and the officer just shot him in his arm,” Reynolds said as she broadcast the details of Wednesday’s evening shooting on Facebook.
