Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli PM who ordered the bombing and the destruction of Al-Jalaa Media tower in Gaza marched with over 40 world leaders in “Paris Unity March” to show unity and support to protect Press Freedom after the attack on satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo. Leaders who attended the “Paris Unity March” in 2015 are now silent on the bombing of the Media tower in Gaza. Almost 3 million people took to the street of Paris in the unity rallies in solidarity with the French Magazine in its crusade in insulting the Muslim prophet. “Paris is the capital of the world today,” said French leader then Francois Hollande. “Our values are liberty, equality, and fraternity, and we cannot allow terrorists to dictate to us,” said one of the protestors who took part in the Paris Unity March. Netanyahu was seen in the front of the Unity March holding hands with other world leaders poised and undeterred as an equal partner in protecting freedom of the press and journalist.

None, however, has been said about the other congressmen/women who are actually went! It is customary for freshmen/women congressmen to visit Israel even before they go to their offices in Washington. These trips usually organized by AIPAC, Israeli advocate organization or any of its branches to arrange such trips. As it was reported “last week 41 Democratic members of Congress went to Israel on a trip sponsored by American Israel Education Foundation, a branch of AIPAC. “This is the largest delegation that has ever visited Israel,” bragged House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, who led the trip.” The banning of the two Muslim congresswomen by Israel as it was reported in New York Times was Under intense pressure from President Trump, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government on Thursday barred two members of the United States Congress from entering Israel for an official visit, ..”

The art of the apology is to never say “if” or “but”, but to just admit mistakes and move on. Conservatives never apologize, their motto is the three D’s: deny, deceive and distract, and if they do, they usually blame it on the offended victims; sorry if my action/comments offended you. However, liberals can hardly wait to apologize, they believe in redemption and their ego is not as big as conservatives. When liberals apologize they don’t use “if”, they use “but”. They always have something to feel guilty about it, which brings us to Rep. Ilhan Omar‘s long awaited apology.
