WHOOPI WAS WRONG ABOUT RACE, BUT HOW WRONG WAS SHE?

Let’s Talk about Race!

When Mr. Schultz founder of Starbucks asked America to have a conversation about race nobody was interested in, the rich white billionaire explained why his “Race Together “camping failed. “”I’m not black, I haven’t lived a life in which I was racially profiled, and I wasn’t discriminated against because of the color of my skin,”. Americans have a hard time talking about race and racism; they don’t even want to teach it in schools. However, when a rich black woman expressed her view on a TV show called “The Views,” everybody raced to talk about it. Whoopi Goldberg’s comments triggered an avalanche of debate discussions filling the talking heads spheres! “Holocaust wasn’t about race but merely a matter of man’s inhumanity to man, involving white killing white people,” she explained. Ms. Goldberg found herself out of The View” because of her view, with ABC network knee-jerking reaction, reactions from racist Nazi supporters asking for her nick, Florida’s Governor one of Trump, MAGA fanatic, who refused to condemn Nazis in his state jumping on Goldberg’s condemnation wagon. Islam haters and deniers, who look at Muslims as an inferior and violent race, came to the rescue of the Jewish race.

During his speech at the 37th Zionist Congress in Jerusalem, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made the biggest political blunder of his tenure. Netanyahu argued that “Hitler didn’t want to exterminate the Jews at the time”, but “wanted to expel the Jews”. And that Haj Amin Al-Husseini went to Hitler and said “If you expel them, they’ll all come here”.

According to Netanyahu, Hitler needed to be persuaded to exterminate the Jews and he really had no plans for the Holocaust. He had to ask the Palestinian mufti: “So what should I do with them?” And the Mufti responded “Burn them”, according to the prime minister.

Let this sink in for a while. So, after Israel got billions of dollars from Germany as a pay-off for the Holocaust, now the Palestinians and Muslims are behind it. Now after the “never forget” mantra, and creating a new “Jew” who will never forget what Hitler has done to the Jews, now Netanyahu wants the Jew to forget and to rewrite history with a new narrative.

This history revisionism might be interpreted as the denial of Germany’s leading role in the Holocaust, and hence a German government spokesperson reiterated that Amin Al-Husseini was not behind the Final Solution. “The responsibility is ours,” he said. “There is no need to change the view on that.” Continue reading The mufti made me do it!

According to dictionary definition, a villain is a character whose evil actions or motives are important to the plot. A victim, on the other hand, is a person harmed, injured, or killed as a result of a crime, accident, or other event or action. However, as they say, history is written by assassins. Geopolitics may get the two mixed up and the line between the victim and the villain is burled.

For the purpose of this piece and in understanding and researching victimology, four theories have been developed: victim precipitation theory, the lifestyle theory, deviant place theory, and the routine activities theory. I will not go through the differences between the four theories, I’ll leave that to experts, and people who are smarter than me. However, what concern us is that it seems when it comes to Arab and Muslim state of affairs, the west focus mostly on “the victim precipitation theory” where the victim takes a passive or active role of being a victim; the victims themselves may actually initiate, either passively or actively, the criminal act that ultimately leads to being a victim, the villain is just falls in the trap of the victim.
