at the end of the day, My dad comes for his daily ritual, walks in our bedroom with a tray of sandwiches, , a big room with 7 brothers sleeping randomly on 3 beds…, he calls your name and gives everyone the late evening snack, always feta cheese sandwich with cucumber, … one night when came my turn I demanded an Egg Sandwich instead, : “cover him”, he asked of my older brother, … the egg issue was promptly settled … egg is a dinner item not a snack!! more than 40 years later, I don’t eat eggs at night!
